1] The petitioner is seeking following reliefs in this petition: "a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to give directions regarding Change Report Nos.ACC-III/2934/2007, ACCIII/2485/2012 and ACC-III/2899/2015 pending before the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Mumbai as expeditiously as possible moist preferably within three months from the date of passing of the Order;

b) Any other and further relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of this case be granted in favour of the Petitioner;

c) Costs of this petition be allowed."

wp.2461-2017 2] Since the said reports are pending since 2007, by issuing directions to the respondents, this petition can be disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a). Hence, the following Order: (i) Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a); (ii) The Assistant Charity Commissioner, Mumbai to dispose of pending appeals, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from today.
