Mr.Ojha, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that he is instructed by the petitioner to withdraw this petition. However, he submits that his application for cancellation of bail at exhibit 32 pending in the Court of the learned JMFC, Pune, which was filed in September, 2018, is to be decided. 3.

In view of the submission of the learned Counsel, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as sch. However, the

wp.397.2019_512.doc learned JMFC, Court No.3, Pune, shall decide the application for cancellation of bail, filed by the petitioner and if it is pending before the learned Magistrate, on or before 30.4.2019. 4.
