Learned Government leader states that the scheme formulated by him in terms of the directions of this Court has been forwarded to the Law and Judiciary Department, which in turn will place it before the Hon'ble the Chief Minister for his approval. He states that appropriate decision is expected to be taken within a period of two weeks from today. 2.

In view of the aforesaid statement, we allow Civil

2 ca-285-15 Application No.285 of 2015 in terms of prayer clause (a) by extending the time till 27th February, 2015. The civil application is disposed of accordingly.

The petition shall be listed for consideration of the scheme as well as for consideration on merits of the petition on 4th March, 2015. High upon board.

In the meanwhile, it will be open for the petitioners in the writ petition to file a rejoinder to the reply of the respondents filed in the petition.
