The petitioner submits that she is the wife of deceased Yakub Abdul Hassan Shaikh, who died while he was working with respondent No.4 Toyato Shinrai Auto Services Ltd. It is submitted that the charge-sheet is filed for an offence under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code against co-worker. The petitioner is not satisfied with the way the investigation 1/2

8) wp356-16 was conducted. Counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that the petitioner had submitted an application / representation to the concerned police station. Counsel submits that representation was also made to the higher authorities, but so far further investigation is not carried out. 3.

We have perused the record. The petitioner would file application / representation before the Deputy Commissioner of Mumbai Zone-IV, within two weeks from today. In case, the representation is received within the stipulated time, we direct the Deputy Commissioner of Mumbai, Zone-IV to take appropriate decision on the application / representation filed for further investigation. The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner. 4.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.

A copy of this order be forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner of Mumbai, Zone-IV.
