Petitioner prays for appropriate directions for further investigation under section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Two applications were already preferred before the Sessions Court for the said purposes. By orders dated 20.04.2014 and 12.11.2014, the trial court had by reasoned orders, rejected the applications.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial has already commenced.

We have perused the complaint. We have also perused the injuries noted by the doctor. In the facts, we are not inclined to exercise our writ jurisdiction to direct further investigation. The trial court shall deal with the issues raised, in accordance with the evidence. Writ petition is disposed of.
