Ms.Nimbalkar, learned AGP tenders an affidavit in reply. Ms.Sarnaik, learned counsel states that she has been served with a copy of an affidavit in reply of Mr.Bajrang Narayan Sakat, Divisional Forest Officer stating that the order dated 10th November, 1998 as confirmed by the order dated 16th August, 2001 passed in Revision (ULP) Nos.128 and 129 of 1998 has been complied with after dismissal of Writ Petition No.793 of 2002 vide order dated 7th April, 2016. In the circumstances, since the order has now been complied, nothing survives in this contempt petition. Contempt petition is disposed of.
