In crime No.155/2018 for offence punishable under sections 8(C), 20(C), 22, 25 and 29 of the Narcotics, Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, the applicant is seeking regular bail.

The applicant is arrested on June 19, 2018 and came to be charge-sheeted.

The other co-accused Suresh Ramsing Beldar and Akbar Sarval Khan are ordered to be released on bail vide Bail Application

2 14) ba262-19.doc No.2893 of 2018 and Bail Application No.102 of 2019 by orders dated December 10, 2018 and January 15, 2019 respectively. 5.

The fact that the case of the applicant is at par with the co-accused is not in dispute. As such, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence the order :- i) The applicant be released on bail in Crime No.155/2018 for offence punishable under sections 8(c), 20(c), 22, 25 and 29 of the Narcotics, Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.1,00,000/- with two local sureties in the like amount;

ii) The applicant shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence;

iii) The applicant shall attend the trial Court and if he is found to be absent, the learned Sessions Court to take out proceedings for cancellation for bail;

iv) In case it is noticed that the applicant is involved in similar type of offence, it shall be open for the prosecution to move for cancellation of bail;

v) The application stands disposed of accordingly. (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.)
