Perused the complaint. The allegations made against original Respondent Nos.2 and 3, who are petitioners here, are too vague to initiate the proceedings against them. Respondent no.1-herein, the original complainant, did not mention in her complaint when she stayed in a flat with her parents-in-law in Delhi or any other place. The complaint is not properly drafted. Therefore, it is hereby quashed as against the present petitioners, who are original respondent nos. 2 and 3. The complainant is, however, given liberty to file a fresh complaint or amend the present complaint. Borey 1/2
