The order impugned in the present application can be challenged before the Sessions Court under section 397 of the Cr.P.C. Hence, this court is not inclined to hear this criminal application.
Liberty is given to the applicants to move the Sessions Court. Delay, if any, caused due to the pendency of the present application shall be condoned by the Sessions Court.
