The civil application is for recall of a self-operative dismissal order passed in 2012. That order was passed on a civil application taken out in the writ petition. The writ petition was originally dismissed for want of removal of office objections in 2011. The order restoring the petition passed on the civil application required the Petitioner / Applicant to comply with the requisitions within two weeks. There is no compliance with the requisitions. There is no case made out for any leniency to be shown now.

The civil application is dismissed.
