By this application, the applicant has sought stay of the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 10/09/2014 passed by the learned Commissioner for Employees Compensation, Sangli in W.C. No.23/B-12/2012. 2.

Mr. Sandeep Jinsiwale, the learned counsel for the applicant states that the entire compensation along with the interest as per the impugned judgment and award has been deposited before the Labour Court, Sangli. Statement is accepted.
