The applicants herein are seeking transit bail. It is submitted that the applicants have received copy of the arrest warrant issued against them by 17th Court, Calcutta in C.C. No. 12555 of 2015 wherein process has been issued against the present applicants for 1/3

offence punishable under section 406, 420, 120B read with section 34 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are desirous of cooperating and joining investigation in the above mentioned case and therefore, seeks transit bail. Taking into consideration the submission advanced across the bar and the copy of the complaint filed before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Calcutta, the applicants deserve transit bail.

Hence following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicants stand protected till 15/2/2017. 2/3

(iii) In the event of arrest before 15/2/2017 by Mumbai Police, the applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each and one or more solvent sureties in the like amount.
