This Application dated 22 January 2018 seeks extension of time for completing trial proceedings by six months. The time limit was then to expire on 28 February 2018. 2.

It appears that this Court on 28 February 2018 while

The Applicant who is original Respondent No.2 in Criminal Writ Petition and the Complainant is seeking extension to bring on record certain documents. Our attention is invited to Application at Exhibit 11 and Exhibit 27 moved in Case No.: Police Cases PW / 1000536 / 2009 in 10th Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Andheri- Mumbai.

We have heard respective counsel for some time. In present matter we need not observe anything more on Exhibit 11 or Exhibit 27. We extend time by three months more from today and dispose of Criminal Application No.35 of 2018. (Sarang V. Kotwal, J.) (B.P.Dharmadhikari, J.)
