After arrest on 05/09/2018, applicant came to be chargesheeted in Crime No. 648/2018 registered with Chakan Police Station, Pune for offence punishable under sections 395, 341, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the applicant are he acted as a courier for delivering the amount from the main accused to his parents

There are no antecedents.

As the investigation in the matter is already completed and considering the allegation against the applicant in the charge-sheet, in my opinion, applicant deserves to be released on bail. (A) Applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 648/2018 registered with Chakan Police Station, Pune on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

(B) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

(C) If applicant is found in similar type of offence, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail. Application stands disposed of.
