1) This is the third application for bail. The first application preferred by the applicant was dismissed on merits by an order dated 10.4.2013.The second application was dismissed as withdrawn by an order dated 3.12.2014. By the said order dated 3.12.2014 the trial Court was directed to complete the trial as early as possible. The applicant was arrested on 12.8.2012 and since then he is in jail. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in pursuance of the order 3.12.2014 the prosecution as of today has examined 15 witnesses and may further examine 5 to 6 witnesses. He submitted that appropriate directions may be issued to the trial Court in the interest of justice. 1.
In view of the fact that the applicant is in Jail since 12.8.2012 and this Court by an order dated 3.12.2014 has already expedited the trial, the learned
2 /2BA-219-17-921 Additional Sessions Judge seized of the trial of Sessions Case No.743 of 2012 is hereby directed to conclude the trial within 6-months from the date of receipt of the present order.
2) Application is disposed of with the aforesaid terms.
