The consent terms acknowledge that the parties have settled their disputes amicably pursuant to which the workmen represented by the Respondent have resigned from the employment of the Petitioner and received their full and final dues. The consent terms also annex purshishes filed before the Industrial Court at Thane withdrawing four pending complaints as also mediator's report. Learned Counsel request the court to treat the petition as not pressed. The consent terms are taken on record, marked "X" for identification. The petition is disposed of as not pressed in view of the consent terms. No order as to costs.
