Heard learned counsel for the applicants. The office note indicates that respondent Nos.1 and 2 are already served. By this Civil Application, the applicants were seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal which came to be dismissed in pursuance of an order dated 08.08.2011, as the appellants did not file the paper books. Having perused the averments made in the Civil Application and in the interest of justice this appeal deserves to be restored. The Civil Application is, accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 3.

The applicants undertake to file paper books and serve copies thereof on the respondents within two weeks from today, failing which, the appeal shall stands dismissed without any further reference to the Court. 4.
