1] On 26.09.2022 the following order was passed : " 1.

Learned APP states that the applicant who was released on temporary bail on 23rd March, 2020, has failed to abide by the conditions of the bail and till date the applicant has not surrendered.

It is made clear to the learned counsel for the Applicant that if the applicant want her application to be entertained, she shall surrender within a period of two weeks from today else, the application shall be liable to be dismissed and she shall be arrested.

List on 10.10.2022."

2] It is informed that, till date the Applicant has not surrendered. The learned counsel for the Applicant conceded to the fact that the Applicant has not surrendered, but he seeks one weeks time. 1/2

4] In the wake of above, Bail application is dismissed. The Investigating Officer is at liberty to arrest the Applicant. [BHARATI DANGRE, J] 2/2
