2] Though served, none appears for the non-applicant/husband. 3] In the aforesaid backdrop, prayer for transfer is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) as the contentions in the Application are not controverted. Prayer clause (a) reads as under:- "a. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to transfer the Marriage Petition No.125 of 2019 pending in the file of Ld. Civil Judge Senior Division, Vasai at Vasai to the file of Ld. Family Court, Pune, Dist - Pune for further proceeding and hearing in the matter accordingly."
