This is an application for further modification of the condition imposed upon the applicant by an order dated 20.12.2017. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he has already arranged for solvent sureties for the amount stated in the said order however, it is very difficult to produce all the sureties at one time.

In view thereof, the applicant is permitted to furnish cash security for a period of three months and during the said period he is permitted to furnish solvent sureties for the amount stated in the earlier order.
