This is an application for modification of order dated 21st November 2018. The applicant was directed to be released on bail on his executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with two sureties in the like amount. It is submitted that the applicant is not in a position to arrange two sureties. Therefore, the order dated 21st November 2018 be modified by permitting him to execute PR bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount. 2.

Considering the submission, clause 6(i) of the order dated 21st November 2018 can be modified as follows :

"6(i) The applicant be released on bail in Crime No.75/2018 for offence punishable under sections 302, 323, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code registered with Malvani Police Station, Mumbai, on his executing P.R.bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount".

Criminal Application No.108 of 2019 is disposed off. Other conditions enumerated in paragraph 6 of Bail Application No.2408 of 2018 shall remain intact.
