The present application is filed by the original Petitioner requesting for hearing the Civil Revision Application on an early date. Rule is already issued by this Court on 22nd August, 2011. Considering the fact that the Petitioner is a Senior Citizen and of 85 years of age, I am inclined to grant the request made by the Petitioner.

Fix the Civil Revision Application for final hearing on the weekly board in the week commencing from 11th July, 2016.
