Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is alleged that the applicant is a receiver of stolen property in Crime No. 432 of 2013.

One Arif Israil Shaikh is the accused in Crime No.432 of 2019 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 380 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. In 1/3

memorandum panchanama under Section 27 of the Evidence Act, he disclosed stolen property, was sold by him to "

Except a statement of, Arif Israil Shaikh, there is no other evidence brought to my notice by the prosecution to show that the applicant is a receiver of stolen property.

In view of this, applicant is directed to release on bail on the following conditions : (i) In the event of arrest of the applicant, he shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(ii) The applicant shall inform his latest place of residence and mobile contact number to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station within a week from today;

(iii) The applicant shall report to the 2/3

Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station as when they called.
