9. ABA 275 of 2021.doc was sought on behalf of the intervenor and then matter is adjourned to 12/02/2021. There was an Order passed not to arrest the Applicant till then. On 12/02/2021, learned Advocate for the Applicant and intervenor submitted that they want to explore the possibility of the settlement. Hence interim relief was continued till next date i.e. 08/03/2021.

Thereafter, matter was not listed for long period and it was listed on 05/06/2023. A submission was made on behalf of the first informant that they are in verge of the settling the matter. On 26/06/2023, no one was present on behalf of the Applicant. Hence after hearing the learned Advocate for the first informant this Court has vacated the interim protection granted earlier and kept this matter today for dismissal.

There was direction given to the learned Advocate for the first informant to communicate that Order to learned Advocate for the Applicants. He has done that and submitted that today no one is present on behalf of the Applicants.

Matter is dismissed for non prosecution.
