P.C. :- The order dated 17th December, 2014 passed by the learned Judge of the City Civil and Sessions Court, Borivali Division, Dindoshi, Mumbai, exhibiting the documents at serial no.2, 3, 5, 12 and 13 of the compilation at Exhibit 49, is taken exception to by way of the above Petition. In my view, having regard to the impugned order passed and considering the stage at which the suit is at present, no interference is called for in the writ jurisdiction of this Court. However, so far as the evidentiary value of the said documents is concerned, it would be open for the Petitioners to urge the contentions in that regard at the hearing of the suit and the Trial Court would take into consideration the said contentions.
