1) Parties hereto got married on 27/05/2013 and are blessed with daughter who is in the custody of Applicant-Wife. 2) Out of matrimonial discord, parties inter-se initiated proceedings which has prompted Applicant-Wife to approach this Court seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition initiated by Respondent-Husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act. 3) After having heard respective counsel, by consent, matter was 1/3
referred to Mediator Advocate Mr. Hitesh Vyas. Mediation is successful and consent terms are drawn by consent of the parties by the Mediator which are tendered in this Court. Both parties have signed and executed consent terms before this Court which are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 4) Both the parties are identified by their respective counsel and in support of their identity, they have produced on record photocopy of their respective Aadhar Cards which are verified by Court Sheristedar, details of which are as under:
Name: Poonam Vinod Jambhale, Aadhar Card No. 4928 7197 Name: Vinod Sopan Jambhale. Aadhar Card No. 6779 0720 5) That being so, Application stands disposed of in terms of consent terms signed and executed today by the parties before this Court.
6) Copy of consent terms be produced before the Courts below in pending proceedings so that appropriate orders as has been agreed to in respect of consent terms will be passed. 2/3
7) Respective counsel submit that success in the mediation is achieved through hard work and devotion of Advocate Mr. Hitesh Vyas. This Court appreciates such gesture of Advocate Mr. Hitesh Vyas in making this mediation successful.
