The learned counsel for the Petitioner invited our attention to the statement made in the praceipe and it reads that "the Advocate for the Petitioner to withdraw the present Petition in lieu of he has found his son and that the son is in safe custody of his wife and that he do not wish to proceed with the present Writ Petition and therefore he has instructed to the counsel to withdraw the present Petition". 2.

Copy of the e-mail received by the counsel for the Petitioner is also placed on record and copy of e-mail is marked as "X" for identification. 3.

In view of the above referred facts, the counsel for the Petitioner is allowed to withdraw the Petition.
