In continuation to the order dated 1st February 2019 this Court is of the opinion that even the Applicant No.1 - Rajendra Karande is also entitled to be released on bail, as the injuries suffered by the complainant Namdeo Karande and victim Sakhubai Karande are simple in nature. The present Applicant i.e. Rajendra was arrested on 2nd March 2018 and was subjected to custodial interrogation. The chargesheet in the matter is already filed.

As such, on the same terms on which the Applicant No.2 - Dinkar Karande was released, it is ordered that Applicant No.1 - Rajendra is also entitled to be released on bail. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(A) The Applicant No.1 - Rajendra Karande be released on bail in Crime No. 18 of 2018 for an offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 324, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on executing PR Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) The Applicant No.1 - Rajendra Karande shall neither tamper the evidence of prosecution nor influence the prosecution witnesses. (C) In case if the Applicant No.1 - Rajendra Karande is found involved in similar type of offence, prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of bail.
