This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 by this Court in ABA No.429 of 2013 by an order dated 18.7.2013. The order dated 18.7.2013 itself mentions that in view of filing of the charge sheet in the present crime this Court confirmed the interim relief granted to the applicants therein. In view of the ratio laid down by this Court in the case of Priyanka Pakvasa vs. Sameer Pakvasa and anr. in Criminal Application No.723 of 2014 in ABA NO.1785 of 2014, the present application does not survive and the same is rejected.
