The learned APP on instructions submitted that the applicants herein are the sisters of accused No.1 Manoj Luis Lop. They have given Power of Attorney dated 03.09.2015 to their brother Manoj Luis Lop who is applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 166 of 2016. She on further instructions submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicants in this application is not necessary. In view of the same, the interim relief granted by an order dated 02.02.2016 is hereby confirmed.
