This is an application seeking condonation of delay challenging the judgment and order dated 5th July 2017 passed by Metropolitan Magistrate, 39th Court, Vile Parle, Mumbai thereby acquitting respondent no.1 for the offences punishable under Sections 381 and 472 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act.
