This Application is moved for restoration of First Appeal and setting aside the order dated 29th November, 2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II).

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that by the order dated 29th November, 2017, the registration of Appeal was refused for want of removal of office objections within the stipulated time.

The learned counsel for the applicant/insurance company undertakes to remove the office objections.

It appears that the Appeal was dismissed before issuance of notice. Hence, the order dated 29th November, 2017 is hereby recalled. First Appeal along with Civil Application is restored to its original file. The applicant/appellant shall remove all the office objections within four weeks from today. If the objections are not removed within the stipulated time, the Appeal shall stand dismissed forthwith without further referring to the Court. 5.
