In pursuance of Order dated 21st December 2020, the parties herein have jointly tendered 'Consent Terms' dated 15th January 2021. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the Petitioner No.1-husband and Respondent No.2-wife and their signatures have been duly identified by their respective Advocates.

Mr.Warunjikar, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, in furtherance of Clause No.8(i) of the present Consent Terms, the petitioners have handed over a cheque of Rs.5,00,000/- drawn on I.D.B.I. Bank bearing No.356400 dated 15th January 2021 to the respondent No.2 and the 1/2

The undertakings and statements made by the respective parties admitting their obligations are accepted as undertakings given to this Court. 4.

In view of the 'Consent Terms' dated 15th January 2020, the Petition is disposed off.
