This Application is moved for relaxation of the condition in the order dated 11th January, 2017 directing the applicant/accused to surrender his passport with the trial Court. The applicant/accused is facing charges under sections 498A, 406, 313, 323, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of Indian Penal Code. In the earlier order dated 15th November, 2016 granting bail, no such condition of surrendering the passport with the trial Court was imposed. Hence, the prayer clause (a) is allowed. I relax the said condition No. (2) in the order dated 11th January, 2017 and instead the applicant is directed to inform his schedule to the trial Court if he wants to go abroad. 3.

Application is disposed of.
