The petitioner, by way of filing this petition, has alleged cruelty against him by the respondent authorities and also he has prayed for some general reliefs.

In case the grievance of the petitioner still subsists, he is at liberty to make an application before the higher jail authorities wherein he is lodged as under-trial prisoner.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.
