P.C.:- Learned APP on instructions from Senior Police Inspector, Bhiwandi Unit, Crime Branch, Thane submitted that, in Sessions Case No.244 of 2019 wherein the Petitioner is Accused No.4, the prosecution as of today has examined 9 witnesses and 36 witnesses are yet to be examined.

2) In view of the above, the grievance of Petitioner that, the trial of his case has not began since 2019 does not survive. 3) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
