The Petition challenges the transfer of the Schools run by the Respondent No. 4-Management to another School Management i.e. Respondent No. 5. The order is passed in the year 2015. Thus almost for two and half years from the date of the order passed, there is no challenge. No satisfactory reason has been given for such an inordinate delay.
