Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner in Writ Petition Nos.1298 and 1299 of 2016 has furnished a cheque upon the respondent in the said two writ petitions. She submits that she will be withdrawing all pending cases subject to the realization of the said cheque. Since the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and have withdrawn the cases against each other, the prayers in all three petitions have become infructuous and hence the petitions are disposed of accordingly.
