Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned APP for the State. Petition is filed for expeditious hearing of Sessions case No. 595 of 2014. learned APP on instructions makes a statement that charge is framed on 12th January 2015 and thereafter trial has commenced and as on today one witness is examined in the month of January 2017. Since trial has commenced, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. Writ petition is therefore dismissed. The learned Sessions Judge shall try to dispose of the case expeditiously.
