Learned APP on instructions from Senior Police Inspector, Bhiwandi City Police Station, Bhiwandi submitted that, trial of Sessions Case No. 146 of 2016 has already commenced and the prosecution as of today has examined two witnesses. That, about 16 witnesses are yet to be examined by the prosecution in support of its case. That, the next date of hearing of the said case is scheduled by the Trial Court is 22nd February, 2023.
