By letter dated 23/01/2020, prisoner seeks expeditious disposal of Sessions Case No.8/2015. He states that the last panch was examined in November, 2019 and therefore there is no further progress.

Learned APP has pointed out that offences appear to be also under MCOC Act and therefore trial may take some time. 3.

We find that charges were framed in July, 2019 only. We therefore permit prisoner to apply to Trial Court only for expeditious disposal of trial.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.

Order be served upon prisoner in Jail.
