By order dated 12.1.2016 the Applicant was granted anticipatory bail in Crime No.342 of 2015 registered at Chatushrungi Police Station, Pune, as per the terms stated in Para 7 (1) to (3). One of the conditions imposed on the Applicant was not to leave Pune District till filing of the chargesheet without prior permission of the learned JMFC, Pune.

The learned counsel for the Applicant has submitted that the Applicant is a 75 years of age and is a renowned doctor by profession, which requires him to travel very often out of the DistrictPune. He therefore, prays that the condition imposed in para 7 (3) be relaxed.

Considering the statement made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and also considering the observations at para 6 of the order dated 12.1.2016, the condition imposed on the Applicant at para 7 (3) is relaxed. The application stands disposed of. (ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.) Megha 2/2
