ORDER:

Despite the order dated 9th April, 2014 of this Court in Writ Petition No. 12034 of 2012, the Scrutiny Committee has not decided the Application of the Petitioner/s for issuance of Caste Validity Certificate as belonging to Thakur, Scheduled Tribe. It was to be decided within four months from the receipt of the said order. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that Vigilance Committee Report has already been submitted to the Scrutiny Committee.

In the circumstances, we extend the time and direct the Scrutiny Committee to decide the Application of the Petitioner/s for issuance of Caste Validity Certificate positively within a period of three months from today.
