The applicant is the petitioner, who prays for a stay on the application dated 22/12/2021 by which the competent authority has directed the Chairman of the petitioner society to submit certain documents for verifcation and enquiry. 2.

The learned Advocate for the applicant/petitioner makes a serious grievance about the said notice.

However, I fnd that the order passed by the competent authority dated 26/11/2019 is the basis of the letter which is M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 12 IA-591-22.doc now issued on 22/12/2021. The writ petition was fled on 07/12/2019 and is yet to be circulated.

Considering the above and since the petition is merely pending in this Court without any orders, I do not fnd any reason to interfere with the letter dated 22/12/2021. 5.
