Ghag, PSI, Malvani Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, police have submitted charge-sheet in the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 24th Court, Borivali, Mumbai on 20th March, 2017 and the same has been numbered as C.C.No.871/PW/17. 2) In view thereof, the Petitioners are having alternate remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. 3) By reserving the alternate remedy, Petition is disposed off.
