In the facts and circumstances of the case, the only direction, in my opinion, to suffice the compliance of order dated 5th February 2018 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 318 of 2018 will be directed the jail authorities to ensure the production of Accused on every date before the learned Sessions Court at the time of trial and as such it is directed accordingly.

So far as the issue of bail is concerned, this Court had already rejected the earlier Bail Application No. 318 of 2018.
