Heard Mr. Sale. Perused the petition and the annexures thereto. After having noticed that the only step or process remaining to be completed is polling and even the date and time has been scheduled for the same, which is 29th January, 2017, we do not think that this challenge about the correctness of the voters' list can be entertained at this belated stage. Leaving the petitioner all the remedies, including filing of an election petition, open for being pursued so also all contentions therein, the writ petition is disposed of.
