After his arrest in crime No.275/2018 for offence punishable under sections 302, 201, 212 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Yerwada police station, Pune, the applicant came to be charge-sheeted.

There are statements of witnesses namely; Amrapali and Siddarth, who have in categorical terms stated about the last seen.

Apart from above, statement of witness Silvi from whose mobile recording is seized also shows the interaction between the present applicant and the deceased before the alleged incident. The said interaction took place from the mobile of the deceased victim.

As such, there is a strong prima facie case to connect the applicant with the crime in question. No case for grant of bail is made out. The application is rejected.
