This matter was on board on 13th December 2017 when none appeared for the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.3 states that the impugned order passed by the authority is already implemented. Deemed Conveyance is already registered.

In these circumstances, in my view, the remedy of the petitioner would be to file a civil suit. If any civil suit is filed, the same can be decided by the Civil Court on its own merit. Writ petition is dismissed with aforesaid clarification. No order as to costs. R.D. DHANUKA, J.
