The learned counsel appearing for the respective parties submitted that the parties herein have settled the matter amicably out of Court and have entered into a Consent Terms dated 16.02.2016. The learned counsel for the applicants tendered in this Court the original copy of the Consent Terms which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Mr. Ponda, the learned counsel for the applicants further submitted that in view of Clause 5 of the Consent Terms, he has handed over the demand draft of Rs.40 lacs to the learned counsel for the original complainant. The learned counsel for the complainant accepts the same.

In view of the above, the applicants are granted pre-arrest bail.

Hence, the following order:

(i) In the event of arrest of applicants in C. R. No. 6 of 2016 registered with Sakinaka Police Station, Mumbai, the applicants shall be released on bail on their furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicants shall not tamper with evidence and/or influence the prosecution witnesses.

(iii) The Investigating Officer is hereby directed to take note of the order dated 28.01.2016 and act accordingly. 4.
